Hello! My name is Charlie-Dee and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a OCN qualified baby sleep consultant. My passion lies in assisting families in navigating the challenges of sleep and helping their little ones develop healthy sleep habits. Having personally experienced the struggles of sleep with my own son, I understand firsthand how exhausting it can be for both parents and babies alike. It is this personal journey that led me to become a sleep consultant.

My boy would NOT sleep, he was all over the place and to be frank, I hadn't a clue what I was doing, I'd just assumed he would tell me when he was tired. It was only when I reached out to a sleep consultant that I realised how wrong I was! With a few tweaks to his routine and some self settling techniques my boy was sleeping through the night in a matter of days and fully sleep trained for both night and day in just two weeks. Alas, we did it! 

So not only did the sleep consultant improve the quality of my child's sleep but also had a significant positive impact on my relationship with my partner. The journey of sleep training has brought us closer

Using a sleep consultant brought about a profound realisation of the significance of sleep in our lives. It became clear to me that sleep is not just a necessary bodily function but a vital component of our overall growth and development. It influences our physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being, especially during the crucial early years.

After facing sleep difficulties with my son, I embarked on a mission to gain expertise in the field of baby sleep. I immersed myself in studying various sleep training methods, understanding the science behind sleep, and exploring practical strategies to establish healthy sleep routines. Through this journey, I became a qualified baby sleep consultant, equipped with the knowledge and skills to guide families towards improved sleep patterns and well-rested nights.

By working collaboratively with families, I aim to empower parents with the tools and knowledge necessary to address their baby's sleep issues effectively. I provide guidance on creating a sleep-friendly environment, establishing age-appropriate routines, and implementing sleep training techniques that align with each family's values and preferences.
